Your Responsibilities As Production Manager, you are responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring production to ensure efficient flows, high quality, and reliable delivery performance. The role is both operational and managerial with a strong focus on production planning, resource management, and daily monitoring in the Monitor business system. You have overall responsibility for production deliveries and work closely with the operations team to ensure that the right resources are in the right place at the right time. You lead and develop an engaged production team currently consisting of ten employees, including three supervisors, and you report to the CEO. Here, you and your team are responsible for identifying, initiating, and implementing improvement measures that strengthen operational efficiency, quality, and profitability. As Production Manager, you are part of our management group and our production control group with planners, quality, and procurement representatives. Together, you work to optimize flows, develop working methods, and ensure high delivery reliability. You have a good understanding of production flows and are accustomed to working systematically with planning, monitoring, and resource management. Experience and knowledge of working in business systems is a requirement, and if you have worked in Monitor, we consider that a merit. Your educational background is not decisive. However, we consider it a merit if you have a technical background so that we can speak the same language. Fluent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written, are required. This position suits you if you have experience from carpentry, wood industry, or other industrial production and are accustomed to practical and physically demanding work. The work is performed based on drawings and instructions and includes tasks such as assembly, joining, cutting, and material handling. The workday consists largely of manual labor with heavy lifting and work in a standing position, which requires good physical fitness and a high safety awareness. The role also includes inventory checks, quality controls, and preparation of materials for production. This is a fixed-term position starting week 32 and lasting approximately 3 months. Work is scheduled on a 2-shift basis, and other working hours may occur. For the right person, there is an opportunity for extension.
