The Medical Clinic is Mora Hospital's largest clinic and consists of several outpatient clinics in, among other things, cardiology, diabetes and gastroenterology, as well as two inpatient wards, and we also provide services to the emergency department. Our goal is for all our secretaries to be offered training in disease classification. The secretary team values both the physical and psychosocial work environment and works continuously with this, for example, we occasionally organize activities outside of work hours. For us, it is more important that you fit into our group than that you have an impressive resume. So it doesn't matter if you have long experience, are newly trained or are still in training. Job Duties We offer a workplace where there is much to learn and where there is an opportunity for varied work tasks. In addition to transcription of dictation, which we prioritize most highly, we also offer mail and referral handling as well as other relevant work tasks. We work in the Cosmic journal system. We have a rotating schedule for weekend on-call duty, approximately 4-5 times/year; on red days we help each other staff. Weekend work after completed induction.
