About the Position As a field technician, you will work from home with your service vehicle and report to the site manager in Borlänge. Our geographic service area is large, and many of our customers are located in the northern parts of Dalarna as well as in Gästrikland. To effectively cover the area, we would prefer that you reside somewhere around Siljan. You will work with service and repair of Caterpillar machinery in the field year-round. Your normal workplace is at the customer's machine with your service vehicle. You will become part of a knowledgeable team and be part of an exciting journey as we continue to grow in Dalarna. The role involves great freedom with responsibility and a focus on always delivering the best possible service to our customers. This may sometimes require you to stay overnight at a hotel to complete the job if the travel distance is long. Your Profile We are looking for someone with: Technical or vehicle-oriented education (upper secondary or post-secondary) Experience as a mechanic or technician Good computer skills Class B driver's license (BE or C is a merit) Who Are You? You have a genuine interest in machinery and technology. You are thorough, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
