About the Operations Habilitation Dalarna is a multi-regional specialist service offering support to children, youth, and adults with congenital or early-acquired functional disabilities. We have offices in five locations across Dalarna and work region-wide, where medical, psychological, social, and educational expertise collaborate to provide the best possible support to our patients and their loved ones. We are now seeking a nurse for the habilitation unit in Mora - could it be you we're looking for? Responsibilities As a nurse at the habilitation unit, you have an important role in the medical care of our patients. Your work includes: Reception work and preparation for doctor's visits Monitoring of medication and specimen collection Telephone advice via Tele Q Prescription of incontinence aids and nutritional materials Advice and support on medical matters and guidance for patients, loved ones, and care personnel Collaboration with team members and other healthcare operations You will receive an introduction, support from a supervisor and mentor, and the opportunity to participate in professional meetings with nursing colleagues across the region. We offer shadowing before employment. Qualifications Requirements: Are a licensed nurse Hold a B driver's license Have experience with or knowledge of various functional disabilities Meritorious: Specialist training in, for example, healthcare for children and youth Experience working with bladder and bowel dysfunction We seek someone who is engaged, has a genuine interest in children and youth, and enjoys working in a team.
