Pilot assignments are ordered through a traffic control center, where pilot operators ensure that assignments are planned as efficiently as possible based on customer needs and the availability of pilots on duty. Job Responsibilities As a pilot operator, you will work with receiving pilot orders and distributing piloting assignments, recording service times, vessel arrival and departure times, and handling ongoing administrative tasks related to the piloting process. We are looking for someone with a great interest in food and beverages and who can deliver world-class service and guest experiences. Your role includes standard catering duties, and beyond these, you should participate in the illusion that we are in Greece with the character "Nikos" as the taverna owner and work supervisor, and integrate with the ensemble and guests in a roleplay. Since the pace is fast, you are flexible and always have a solution ready. Working together in a cheerful and professional team is what drives you, and of course you help create that atmosphere. You have good knowledge of Swedish and can also communicate in English; if you have additional language skills, that's even better! It is an advantage if you have dance or theater experience. You have at least three years of experience as a server at an à la carte restaurant or show venue. It is an advantage if you have completed a STAD training or similar and if you have experience with the Trivec cash register system. About the Position Your adventure begins from the end of August/beginning of September and extends through early December. We are looking for both those interested in working extra and part-time during this period. The employment is temporary, and working hours are varying but primarily evenings and weekends.
