About the Role: As a Procurement Manager, you will work both operationally and tactically with procurements within construction, operations, and FM services where you will: Lead and conduct procurements (RFQ/RFP) within construction/projects, operations, and maintenance Develop and manage the vendor base based on performance, risk, and business objectives Work closely with the operations organization to ensure that procured solutions are implementable and efficient Be a key contact with the client, vendors, and internal functions Main Responsibilities Plan and conduct procurements from an operational and tactical perspective Prepare request for quotation documents, requirement specifications, and evaluation models Conduct vendor assessments, negotiations, and contract execution in accordance with central processes Monitor agreements and vendor performance through KPIs and audits Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure correct scope and level of procurements Manage deviations, risks, and improvement measures related to vendors Contribute to the development of processes, work methods, and standardization within procurement Identify efficiencies and development opportunities in the vendor chain Qualifications: Experience with procurement/purchasing within construction, real estate, and contracts (ABFF15, AB04 & ABT06) At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role Understanding of contracts, construction law, and vendor management Experience working with KMA issues in procurement or delivery Good knowledge of operational and tactical procurement Experience working structured with documentation and follow-up Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: Experience with public procurement (LOU) Background in operations contracts or infrastructure Experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, and 55001) Experience from larger or international organizations We Believe You Are: A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge Business-driven and structured Very experienced in negotiation and vendor dialogue Self-directed and solution-oriented Able to combine operational execution with tactical improvement work Other Information Some of our customers conduct operations that in certain cases require placement in a security class and subsequent background checks in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 Chapter 3).
