Working Hours and Employment Level: Fixed four-week schedule, working days, evenings, and weekends. Two out of four weekends. Approximately 75-80% Salary: According to agreement. You will daily document and handle any deviations. Together with colleagues, you divide work tasks and communicate with healthcare staff such as registered nurses, rehabilitation personnel, and on-call nurses. Examples of Work Tasks: Be the contact person and responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan Receive medication delegation from registered nurses Carry out fun activities Handle documents and deviations Who Are You? We are looking for you as a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have an ability to see the bigger picture and you are not afraid to take initiative. You are familiar with documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive mindset. We are Looking for You Who: Are trained as a nursing assistant with certification to use the title Nursing Assistant Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speaking and writing It is a Benefit If You Have: Experience working in elderly care Experience working with people with dementia Experience with privately run operations A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
