At LO-TCO Rättsskydd, you'll work alongside some of Sweden's most experienced labor law attorneys – while continuing to build your own expertise.
We are now looking for one or more lawyers for our labor law unit. The role is a good fit if you have a strong interest in labor law and want to take the next step in your professional development.
About the role
As a lawyer with us, you will work with:
Representing trade unions and their members in court
Providing legal advice on labor law matters
Contributing to training for union representatives and ombudsmen
You'll have significant responsibility of your own, but also close support from colleagues. We work together, share knowledge, and develop as a team.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a law degree and has a strong interest in labor law
Has several years of legal work experience, preferably in labor law
Has some litigation experience, for example from work in a general court or as a representative
Has good communication skills, both written and oral
It is a merit if you:
Have completed a district court clerkship
Have experience working in a trade union
Have worked independently with labor law matters
But most importantly, your personal qualities are decisive for us.
