We are now seeking an MEP manager who wants to work broadly across projects and take a key role between project managers and design engineers.
About the Role
As an MEP manager, you will work operatively to drive projects forward with a focus on technical solutions, quality, and customer dialogue. You will serve as the technical lead on projects and ensure that the right solutions are developed and implemented.
You will lead and manage the daily work together with design engineers while maintaining close dialogue with the customer and other stakeholders. The role also involves participating in design work and working in CAD, allowing you to combine strategic responsibility with practical execution.
You will be responsible for developing technical documentation, participating in meetings with clients, and ensuring that the project's technical solutions meet high quality standards. The role also includes conducting site assessments and functioning as an important link between different parts of the project organization.
You will work on varied projects across different types of properties such as hospitals, commercial buildings, and other facilities. This gives you the opportunity to develop broad technical expertise and work in different types of environments.
What We're Looking For
Post-secondary education in MEP, construction, mechanical engineering, or installation
5+ years of experience in MEP in a role as a design engineer and/or manager
Experience must come from projects involving both HVAC and piping systems
Strong knowledge of Swedish and English
Strong knowledge of Magicad
Meritorious
Driver's license
Access to your own vehicle
Knowledge of Revit
