Are you our Kitchen Manager at Sjöstaden Skybar?
We are looking for you who has worked in a high-standard à la carte kitchen, held a leadership role for some time, and who wants to be part of our journey toward becoming a classic on Södermalm. You have natural leadership, are quality-conscious, and want to work with a team that loves our guests. The position involves daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
About the Role
Your main responsibilities are to actively work in service and lead the kitchen team in daily operations in a structured and efficient manner. You ensure food quality and make sure everyone works toward the same goals. You are responsible for purchasing and ensure that raw material costs and labor costs are kept in check. You work closely with the Chef de Cuisine, who is your direct supervisor. The Chef de Cuisine carries the primary administrative responsibility and will also be active in production and service.
We believe you have
At least 3 years of experience as a chef in a high-standard à la carte kitchen.
Experience in a leadership position such as Sous Chef.
Strong leadership skills.
Passion and interest in cooking.
