About the role
As a group manager with us at Humana Norrgårdshöjden, you combine administrative leadership with being present in the daily care work. You are a role model who leads through your own actions and creates a work climate characterized by the Humana spirit: commitment, responsibility, and joy.
Close leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your group. Your focus is to support, provide feedback, and ensure quality of operations according to Humana's methods.
Development: You are part of the local management group and report to the operations manager. Here you get to influence the residence's future.
About us
Humana Norrgårdshöjden is a modern and secure elderly residence in central Åkersberga. It is a personal residence with proximity to nature and good transportation connections. Norrgårdshöjden consists of 54 cozy apartments, divided over three floors and six units. Each unit has a shared kitchen with bright dining rooms for pleasant meals and living rooms that invite socializing.
We are based on person-centered care where our customers are in focus.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and who are passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others.
We are looking for you who:
Are clear in your communication and create participation in the team.
Have a coaching approach and are responsive to both residents' and employees' needs.
Are solution-oriented and take responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks.
Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills.
Experience in leadership within elderly care is considered a merit, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your desire to grow with us.

About the position:
Working hours and degree of employment: Day, evening, and weekends - 100%.
Form of employment: Permanent position; we apply a six-month probationary period.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting of base salary. Other compensation is provided according to collective agreement.
Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
