You independently lead cooperation meetings between parents to reach agreements and improve collaboration. You approve agreements in these matters and conduct information meetings. Further, you handle cases concerning paternity/parenthood and consent investigations to receive children with residence abroad for adoption. Statements to the district court regarding kinship adoption, specially appointed guardians, and name changes occur. The work also includes family law counseling. This is a position with many contact points, both with the municipality's citizens, but also with colleagues within the municipality and other external stakeholders for collaboration on the cases you work with. Who are you? We are looking for you with a degree in social work, or alternatively a degree in behavioral science with knowledge of social law. You have good knowledge of the Parenthood Code and social legislation, as well as experience with family law matters and qualified investigation work.
