Job Description We are now seeking an operational technician for Siemens Energy in Finspång for the department that currently processes their components. The department works with manufacturing blades and guide vanes for turbines. Finished castings are purchased from external casting suppliers and then processed through grinding, drilling, grading, and inspection. Approximately 50 employees currently work in the department, distributed across two managers, and work in various shift arrangements. Dietitian Unit Primary Care Paramedicin Sörmland About Us In Sörmland, all dietitians are organized in a dietitian organization that belongs to the regional clinic Paramedicin Sörmland. Currently, there are approximately 45 dietitian colleagues in Sörmland. The primary care unit and specialist care unit work closely together, which offers opportunities to change your role over time if desired. The mission of primary care dietitians is to care for patients of different ages referred to us by the county's 31 health centers. Patient consultations take place at the health center and you work closely with other professions at the health center, which promotes collaboration around patients. Depending on the size of the health center, as a dietitian you have a full-time assignment at a large health center or a shared assignment at two smaller ones. Your Responsibilities Our work is based on evidence-based guidelines and a code of ethics. We work according to the nutrition care process, which involves assessment, investigation, diagnosis and treatment of nutrition-related problems and documentation according to NCP. The work also includes assessing the need for and prescribing nutritional supplements. The work is varied and you meet patients of different ages. Patient contact can take place individually at the clinic, in the form of distance visits or as group education for example patients with diagnoses such as IBS and diabetes. Dietitians can be part of a team with other professionals at the health center in, for example, lifestyle-related diagnoses. Education for the health center's staff and cooperation with child health care is included in the assignment as well as collaboration with staff in municipal home care regarding patients with nutrition problems. Your Competence We are looking for someone who is a registered dietitian, preferably with experience in primary care work. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both spoken and written. You should have an interest in working with the whole picture around the patient together with other professions, where you represent nutritional knowledge. You are organized and self-directed, and have good collaboration skills. Digital technology for communication is used frequently in, for example, video consultations, which means you need to have an interest in this and a willingness to learn something new if you are unfamiliar with it.
