Continuous selection process - submit your application today! The Role as Property Manager As a property manager, you will work broadly with varied tasks within property management. You will support the team in daily operations and gradually take on greater responsibility. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects, manage lease agreements and rental matters, and serve as a contact person for both internal and external parties. The role gives you valuable insight into the real estate industry and the opportunity to develop together with them. Examples of Responsibilities: - You play an important role in daily management operations and support strategic work. - Participate in projects and coordinate property-related initiatives - Coordinate and manage suppliers and internal functions. - Management of lease and contract matters. - Serve as a contact person for tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders - Ongoing documentation and administrative work. Required Qualifications: • YH/KY/university degree in property management or economics or similar education • Several years of relevant work experience as a Property Manager or Property Manager Leases or related experience • Strong ability in Swedish and English in speech and writing • Good knowledge of real estate law and property contracts Meritorious: • Experience with property-related systems and administration.
