In our factory in Skåne, a small and dedicated team of five people work together to ensure smooth production. We are now looking for a Light Operator with craftsman focus. About the position As a candle caster, you will work practically in our production manufacturing stearin candles on older machines where feel, precision, and craftsmanship are the focus. Work tasks include: Casting and craftsman-like manufacturing of stearin candles according to traditional methods. The work encompasses the entire process from preparing the stearin before it is pumped into the machines to monitoring the actual casting and finishing of the candles. Production takes place on older machines where many work steps are performed manually and the work is physically demanding with several heavy tasks daily. It is therefore important that you enjoy practical work and have good physical fitness. The work also requires precision, patience, and understanding of the manufacturing process to ensure high quality on each candle.
