We are looking for a confident and independent professional who can plan and take responsibility for their work from raw ingredient to finished product. You have a sense for flavors, quality, and the small details that make a big difference – both on the plate and in the overall experience. Sustainability and thoughtful ingredient practices are a natural part of the work. Making the most of ingredients, refining them, and minimizing waste – we see this not just as economics or sustainability, but as an important part of good kitchen craftsmanship. You have a strong interest in traditional recipes and classic cooking methods, while also being curious and knowledgeable about new techniques and enjoying continued professional development.
