About the Operation Within our Production business unit, we are responsible for operation, maintenance, and ongoing development and optimization of Öresundskraft's district heating production in Helsingborg and Ängelholm. We are in an exciting development phase with several major investment projects in control systems, automation, and facility engineering, while continuing to develop and improve our work methods and preventive maintenance. About the Position In your role as Maintenance Coordinator for Electrical & Instrumentation, you are responsible for your functional area, which means you plan, prepare, and lead/distribute work and conduct follow-ups together with our partners. Of course, you will also do a considerable amount of your own troubleshooting and practical work. You will be based at Åkerslundsverket in Ängelholm, but the role also includes being able to help and support colleagues at our other facilities with their maintenance work and projects. The role is very broad and involves everything from acute problem-solving and/or planned service work, inspections, to preventive maintenance work and improvements related to electrical and instrumentation – always in close collaboration with your skilled colleagues. You collaborate daily with the maintenance team at Åkerslundsverket in mechanical and electrical/instrumentation, as well as with the facility manager, operations staff, project managers, and external partners. The role involves responsibility for following up and quality-assuring completed work, both technically and economically. Together with the team, you also ensure efficient spare parts management for the facility's daily operation and that relevant technical documentation, manuals, and instructions are kept updated and accessible. We always strive to shift operations from corrective to preventive maintenance and thereby minimize production downtime. You will be an important player in this. In your work, you are a role model regarding regulations and rules for environment, occupational health and safety, quality, and economy. In addition to work with daily operations, you will also participate in planning our recurring maintenance shutdowns and projects. The position is daytime (Monday-Friday) with a recurring on-call week (every seventh week). You report directly to the Facility Manager / Maintenance Manager for Åkerslundsverket. About You To be successful and thrive in the position, we believe you have several years of experience with maintenance work (electrical & instrumentation) within power and heat production or within other complex process industries, alternatively maritime maintenance. You likely have a post-secondary technical education and/or equivalent work experience as an industrial electrician. Of course, you have good knowledge of electrical work below 1000 V and are experienced with systematic troubleshooting of, for example: instruments, systems, safety circuits, valve control, frequency converters, and control cabinets with associated automation. We expect you to have very good computer skills and prior experience with drawing interpretation, facility documentation, and handling work orders using a maintenance system, such as Idus. It is a merit if you have basic knowledge of any CAD tool and if you are familiar with automation control/PLC (Siemens S7) and/or DCS (ABB 800xA). In the role, you will need to have a driver's license (B) and we assume that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. To thrive and be successful in the role as Maintenance Coordinator, you need to be structured, proactive, flexible, and good at collaborating, both within the organization and with external partners. You also need to be able to see the bigger picture, understand a system, so that at the detail level you can find a practical solution. You are self-directed and enjoy when no two days are the same and when new challenges and re-prioritizations are more rule than exception. Of course, you are genuinely technically interested and have good problem-solving abilities. As an employee at Öresundskraft, you may be conscripted in accordance with total defense requirements. Since we conduct socially critical operations, background checks may be conducted prior to employment. We believe in the strength of diversity and see different perspectives and experiences as an important part of our success. With us, you can be yourself and contribute with your unique expertise.
