Together with our customers, we enable the technology of the future Your Responsibilities As a Production Manager, you hold a key role in daily operations and are responsible for creating the conditions for safe, stable and efficient production. You lead the work close to the operations and ensure that production delivers according to plan with a focus on safety, quality, delivery and productivity. You have overall responsibility for ensuring smooth production flow by maintaining control over equipment status, staffing, materials and planning. You actively work to minimize disruptions, optimize changeovers and ensure that the right conditions are in place for upcoming production. In this role, you lead, coach and develop your team members in their daily work. You create engagement and ownership by being present in production and building a culture where collaboration, initiative-taking and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday operations. You continuously monitor key performance indicators, drive improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S and SMED, and actively participate in the daily management of operations. Safety is always the highest priority and you ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable procedures and safety regulations. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in industrial leadership who thrives in a fast-paced environment with short decision-making paths. You have a good understanding of production flows and experience in creating structure, driving improvements and developing people. As a leader, you are clear, confident and action-oriented. You build trust through your communication style and have the ability to get people to work toward common goals. You are motivated by developing both individuals and teams and see value in being present where operations take place. We would appreciate it if you have experience with Lean, 5S, SMED or other methods related to continuous improvement. If you also have experience with daily management and KPI monitoring, we consider that an asset. To succeed in this role, we believe you are structured, solution-oriented and engaged. You have the ability to prioritize, make decisions and act when something is not working, while building a culture where employees feel responsibility and ownership.
