About Skogs- & Kraftkonsulterna i Norr AB SKK AB is a growing company based in Boden that operates within forestry, land, infrastructure, railways, power grids, and permitting matters. The company manages projects from Stockholm and northward across the country, with significant operations in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. With several ongoing and upcoming projects, SKK AB continues its expansion and is now seeking additional team members. About the Role As an electrical safety leader, you are responsible for electrical safety during project execution in high voltage and power grids. The role involves leading safety work in the field and ensuring that work is performed in accordance with applicable regulations, procedures, and safety requirements. You work closely with project management, work teams, clients, and other stakeholders in the projects and have an important role in creating a safe and secure work environment throughout implementation. The role requires you to be present in the field during ongoing work and make decisions related to electrical safety directly on-site. Your work tasks include: Responsibility for electrical safety during project execution Being present in the field during ongoing work Conducting safety briefings with work teams and project management Performing risk assessments and ensuring that work complies with applicable regulations and procedures Handling documentation, deviations, and incidents Cooperating with project managers, clients, and other personnel Making on-site decisions related to electrical safety Projects include: High voltage and power grids Overhead lines and underground cables Substation work and infrastructure projects Projects may be located from Central Sweden up to Norrbotten, which involves travel and work at other locations. We are Looking for You To succeed in this role, you need to have experience working with high voltage and feel comfortable leading safety work in the field. You have a good understanding of regulations and safety procedures and experience working in a structured manner with risk assessments and documentation in project environments with high safety requirements. You are a person who communicates clearly, collaborates well with others, and has the ability to build trust in projects where safety is always the highest priority. The role requires you to be self-driven, organized, decisive, and confident in taking responsibility during ongoing work. We would like you to have previous experience in a role as an electrical safety leader or similar work in high voltage and power grid projects. You are confident working independently and have built experience from project environments where safety and responsibility are central parts of the work. Relevant practical experience from work as an electrical safety leader within power grids/high voltage is meritorious and carries more weight than exact formal education. Requirements Experience working in high voltage/electrical or power grid environments Experience leading safety work in the field Good knowledge of regulations and safety procedures for high voltage and power grids Experience with risk assessments and documentation in electrical work ESA Fackkunnig B-class driver's license Relevant education or equivalent experience Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written Ability to work in a structured and independent manner in a project environment Meritorious BAS-U Experience from power grid projects or contracting Experience working with power and energy companies Previous work for major grid operators or energy companies Experience with substation work, overhead lines, or underground cables Experience in occupational health and safety responsibility in project environments Experience from other work areas such as land, infrastructure, railways, or contracting At SKK AB, we value broad competence and a flexible work approach.
