We are seeking an ambitious and engaged team player with a strong interest in ERP, Infor M3 Cloud Suite, and modern Azure-based portal solutions for aftermarket and product configuration. The role combines system ownership and business development with a focus on digitalization, analysis, and long-term system management.
Your mission is to take responsibility for and ensure that Infor M3 Cloud Edition supports KABE's operations in a stable, efficient, and data-driven manner. The role serves as the hub between business, IT, analysis, and suppliers and should enable decision support, digitalization, and continuous improvement. The position reports to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
· Primary responsibility for business systems
· Optimize business processes together with the business units
· Governance and maintenance of existing systems and integrations
· Responsibility for BI and business reporting in Power BI
· Plan and coordinate testing and release management in M3 Cloud Edition
· Ensure high data quality for analysis and reporting
· Internal training and change management for ERP and portal applications
Desired Qualifications
· Good understanding of ERP in the manufacturing industry
· Experience with Infor M3, preferably Cloud Edition
· Very strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis
· Experience with Power BI and business reporting
· Experience supporting and troubleshooting business systems
· Experienced project manager with a track record of analyzing and improving business processes
· Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
