A substantial amount of goods passes through Leba every day. With seven separate coating processes, it's simple math to figure out that we are an extremely flexible powder coater. Additionally, our machines are never completely idle—some of them run every night to maintain a high service level for our customers. Who are you? You are a person who: Has experience in the coating industry Enjoys collaborating and contributing to a good atmosphere Is thorough but also efficient Wants to develop and learn new things Has good ability to read and communicate in Swedish Beyond the above, we highly value drive and commitment. ✨ Your responsibilities As a Coating Operator at Leba, you will be a large and important part of the team. You will work with: Varying tasks: You work with multiple parallel processes, including coating in boxes with several machine settings per day as well as handling color changes. High pace and quality: The work takes place in a dynamic environment where efficiency is combined with a strong focus on precision and quality. Team responsibility: You lead and are responsible for your own team and contribute to well-functioning collaboration.
