During a work shift, you work independently providing support to one person in his or her apartment. To make everyday life predictable, understandable, manageable, and meaningful for each individual, we work with clarifying pedagogy, AAC, and low-affect interaction. Your role also includes planning, evaluating, and improving support for the individuals. In your work, you collaborate with the user's network such as guardians and family members. You will work with nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. Qualifications To succeed in the position as a support assistant, you have a Children and Leisure, Care and Health program or other educational training that the employer deems equivalent. About the Operations At the Social Care Administration, you will find stimulating work with an exciting patient group. In the unit for municipal health and medical care in the City of Borås, two teams work with individuals with disabilities and one team works with social psychiatry.
