We work in municipal primary healthcare and serve patients both in care and residential facilities and in ordinary housing. Responsibilities
You work clinically in the patient's home and conduct assessments, evaluations, and implement occupational therapy interventions. As a licensed professional, you bear responsibility for documenting the interventions that are planned, implemented, and evaluated. You also have responsibility for prescribing and fitting assistive devices. We work in a team-based manner and always collaborate closely with other professions around the patient, for example, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and nurses.

Qualifications
You are a licensed occupational therapist with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Our team-based work method requires that you are committed, flexible, responsible, and skilled at collaborating and building good relationships. You have a coaching and pedagogical approach and you view collegial support as a matter of course. Furthermore, you work in a solution-oriented manner with a holistic perspective where the patient is in focus, and you have a strong ability to independently drive, plan, structure, prioritize, and follow up your work in an efficient and safe manner.
You are experienced in working with IT-based patient record systems and you have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish orally and in writing. A Class B driver's license is required for the position.
