QUALIFICATIONS For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has work experience from home care. We are looking for someone who is attentive, positive, and confident in individual meetings with users and has good ability to work independently with care tasks. You should be flexible as the work is based on close collaboration with your colleagues where you are expected to be able to step in and support when needed in both groups, as well as in other areas through resource shifts.
