Job Responsibilities:
- You support service users in their daily lives, according to the social worker's decision.
- Provide support and companionship, and contribute to creating a meaningful daily life.
- Use our digital planning system to plan service users' support.
- Document in the operational system and follow individual implementation plans.
- Through our contact person system, you take special responsibility for a few service users, helping to create and follow up on implementation plans and handling information transfer.
- Collaboration is key! You work closely with other home care teams and HSL staff to ensure all service users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with education in healthcare and social care or equivalent experience, along with good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You have the ability to work independently and take initiative, and you have the ability to plan and organize your work. We also place great importance on your ability to work well in teams. A Category B driver's license is required.
Terms:
This position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Start date September 1, 2026 or by agreement. The position is a permanent employment. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
For employment, a certificate from the background register for care facilities (unopened envelope) must be provided.
