We are looking for an experienced and confident nursing assistant who wants to work in a flexible operation with varying tasks and quick adaptations, where the focus is always on those we serve. In line with Eskilstuna Municipality's goal of strengthening continuity, quality, and staffing within home care services, we have started a pool operation that supports all home care areas in Eskilstuna. As a permanent employee, you work full-time and replace regular staff during planned or acute absences. The role involves a flexible working style where you quickly switch between different workplaces and situations, always with the service users' needs in focus. 19 position(s). WORK TASKS As a nursing assistant in the home care pool, you work close to the service user and contribute to a safe, active, and meaningful daily life through support and care based on individual needs. As a nursing assistant, you work motivatingly and supportively, giving our service users a meaningful, safe, and active day. You provide support and service based on each person's individual needs. You collaborate with other staff, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. In the role, you have delegated responsibilities, work with personal care, and documentation. We work with digital methods where you document in the journal system Viva and sign completed work in Appva. You have a basic schedule that can change with short notice, both regarding working hours and workplaces. The work suits you if you thrive in a flexible role where you quickly adapt to new routines, workplaces, and colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant with at least two years' experience in care work within home care or similar operations. You are confident in your professional role and experienced in meeting service users with different needs. B-category driving license is required, as well as experience with delegated health and medical care services. You are confident working with delegation in daily work and have good digital skills with experience in journal systems where you document, search for information, and report. It is an advantage if you have worked with implementation plans, care plans, and person-centered work methods. Experience with dementia care and experience from staffing or pool operations is valued. You thrive in a varying work environment where conditions can change quickly and meet many different individuals and workplaces. You work independently, take in instructions, and adapt to new tasks. As a person, you are confident, stable, and calm with the ability to see what needs to be done. In this recruitment, we use language testing. A current police clearance certificate must be presented before employment. The salary includes a pool supplement as the position requires high flexibility from you as an employee.
