Your Assignment
As a nursing assistant in home care, you will be part of another person's daily life. You will provide nursing care, personal care, and support services to help clients live meaningful, independent, and active lives in their own homes. You will also perform work tasks delegated by nurses and rehabilitation staff. This means you will need to obtain the necessary delegations to perform the work.
The work is carried out based on a rehabilitation approach where you always build on the client's own abilities to improve their quality of life.
Documentation is done in the LifeCare journal system.
You will be employed at 37 hours/week with shifts every other weekend. Working hours may include both evening and day shifts, depending on the needs of the operation.
Your Experience
you are a trained nursing assistant with approved grades
you have previous experience working in home care
you are fluent in Swedish, spoken and written, and have good reading comprehension
you have good computer skills
you can cycle
Meritorious if:
you have previously had many different delegations
To be employed with the title nursing assistant, you need to be able to provide a certificate of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

About the Workplace
Home care in Eslöv Municipality consists of four different units: West, North, East, and Outer.
West, North, and East work within Eslöv city, and Outer works in the municipality's outlying areas. All unit offices are within walking distance of the train station with good train connections to Malmö and Lund.
In home care, as a nursing assistant, you will work closely with the area responsible nurse and rehabilitation staff. All professionals work together with the client's well-being in focus.
