JOB DUTIES As an hourly substitute with us, you get meaningful and varied work where you support people in their daily lives. Your work can involve providing practical help, social support and contributing to a safe and positive environment. The job is social and varied, and you will get plenty of practice working flexibly and solution-oriented. You can work in: • Home care services • Elderly care facilities • Support services for people with disabilities • Personal assistance Here you have the opportunity to develop, learn new things and do good with every shift. QUALIFICATIONS We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. What we are looking for: -is attentive -is social -wants to help people live their best lives -treats others with respect -can collaborate with others -is comfortable providing support to both men and women. You are welcome to have experience from similar work or training in nursing care, childcare and leisure, or some educational background, but it is not required. Requirements: • you must be at least 18 years old • you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work requires documentation and communication is your primary work tool. • for certain positions you need to have a B driver's license. To be eligible for employment in care and support services, you must present: • Valid ID card or passport to confirm citizenship (ID card is ordered from the Swedish Tax Agency website www.skatteverket.se) • Valid criminal record check for "Work with elderly or adults with disabilities" as well as accompanying suspicion registry extract. These are ordered at www.polisen.se (not older than 6 months). Employment can only take place after verification of the above documents. If you are invited to an interview, you must be prepared to show the above documents at the interview. Interviews take place continuously throughout the fall. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start date: Start date is rolling. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA or Switzerland and are offered employment, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
