Job Responsibilities:
- You support service users in their daily life, all according to the assistance administrator's decision.
- Provide support and companionship, and help create a meaningful everyday life.
- Use our digital planning system to plan service users' activities.
- Document in the business system and follow individual implementation plans.
- Through our contact person system, you have special responsibility for a few service users, where you help create and follow up implementation plans and handle information transfer.
- Collaboration is key! You work closely with other home care teams and HSL staff to ensure that all service users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications:
We're looking for you who have education in healthcare and care or equivalent experience and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have the ability to work independently and take initiative and have the ability to plan and organize your work. We also place great emphasis on you having good collaboration skills. Driving license category B is a requirement.
Terms:
Current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Starting date September 1, 2026 or by agreement. The employment is a permanent position. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
For employment, you must provide an extract from the criminal record for HVB homes (sealed envelope).
