This provides good conditions for continuity, collaboration, and close leadership. Your Tasks As a healthcare assistant, you work closely with elderly people in their own homes. You work from a geographic area together with your colleagues, where based on planning you start your shift by coordinating the day's work. Work tasks vary based on the individual's needs and may include: - Personal care - Support with meals - Cleaning - Social interaction and support in daily life - Medication management - Documentation You will also be a fixed care contact for some of the people we support, which means a special responsibility for continuity, inclusion, and security. About You We are looking for someone who is a trained healthcare assistant and who meets people with respect, attentiveness, and consideration. It is meritorious if you have previous experience working in home care services. You are confident in yourself, enjoy collaborating with others, and have the ability to adapt your working methods based on each person's unique needs. You contribute to a good work environment and want to be part of developing care with high quality. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
