About the position We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for Forcit's operations in Gällivare–Pajala. Here we manufacture and deliver bulk emulsion to open pit mines, with operations comprising approximately 30 employees, seven MEMU trucks and a modern production line. You will be responsible for maintenance and operational reliability of our MEMU trucks, production equipment and technical installations related to the manufacture and delivery of bulk emulsion. About the Role Working as an operator in our tool department means being responsible for grinding and polishing our steel tools. Together with your team leader and colleagues, you'll plan your work during daily briefings. You'll work independently, but alongside knowledgeable and engaged colleagues who help each other to achieve new successes and find productive solutions. The workplace is at our factory in Mattmar, Jämtland. This role reports to the Production Manager. Working hours are shift-based, meaning alternating weeks: one week morning shift (Monday-Thursday 05:30-14:30 and Friday 05:30-13:00) and one week afternoon shift (Monday-Thursday 14:20-23:40 with Friday off). Who We're Looking For To succeed in this role, it's advantageous if you've previously worked as a CNC operator, preferably at a mechanical workshop, or have experience and familiarity with working on tool parts. It's also advantageous if you have training in tool grinding. We're looking for someone who is eager and wants to be part of a team that creates a whole. This requires that you have high quality standards, can keep up the pace, and are practically minded. For us, it's important that you're a good team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to always do your best. In the way you work, you are thorough, responsible, see needs, and take your own initiative.
