We are now seeking a Laser Operator/Edge Press Operator for an assignment with a client in Östersund
Your Responsibilities
In your role, you will have a varied position where you will work with:
Operation of laser machines
Operation of edge press equipment
Programming and machine setup
Picking and sorting of parts after laser operations
Handling and moving materials
Ensuring order and structure in the production flow
Quality control
Other applicable production tasks
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who enjoys solving problems in a production environment. You are motivated by working toward clear goals, taking responsibility for your work, and seeing concrete results from what you do.
As a person, you are thorough, engaged, and have a positive attitude toward developing yourself and learning new machines, systems, and work methods. You work independently when required, but you are also a team player who contributes to good collaboration and a positive work environment.
We appreciate if you have experience from manufacturing industry or similar operations. If you have previously worked with CNC-controlled machines, laser cutting, or programming, that is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, your technical interest, and your willingness to learn.
For success in this role, we see that you have good computer skills and master Swedish well in both speech and writing.
Other Information
Scope: Full-time, daytime, 2-shift rotation.
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract with possibility of direct employment with the client.
Salary: According to collective agreement.
