As an Operational Maintenance Manager, you work daytime, Monday to Friday, and are responsible for operational planning of maintenance work. An important part of the role is to conduct regular inspections and condition assessments, particularly of truck beds but also other equipment for mobile mining machinery. Based on completed inspections, you analyze equipment condition together with the rest of the team, identify upcoming maintenance and repair needs, and plan work together with the customer. You are responsible for maintaining a backlog of planned work and ensuring that the service team has the right conditions to perform the work in a safe and efficient manner. In this role, you work closely with both Boliden representatives and the Miilux organization. You are responsible for operational delivery and lead the daily work on-site. The position does not include personnel responsibility from the start, but for the right person there may be opportunities for continued development in leadership over time. Your Responsibilities As an Operational Maintenance Manager, you will, among other things: Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of truck beds and other mining equipment. Together with the rest of the team and internal support, analyze inspection results and identify maintenance and repair needs. Create and maintain a backlog of planned maintenance and repair work.
