At reception, you are the hotel's face to the outside and an important part of the guest experience. About the position We are looking for reception staff who work every other weekend. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening and weekend shifts according to the schedule. Your responsibilities Check-in and check-out of guests Handling of bookings and inquiries Sales of the hotel's services and products Handling of payments and administrative tasks Provide world-class service to guests and help with information and recommendations Collaborate with other departments to create the best possible guest experience We are looking for you who Are at least 18 years old Have a genuine interest in service and people Are positive, flexible and solution-oriented Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Previous experience from hotel reception or service professions is a merit but not required We offer With us, you become part of a committed team where we together create memorable experiences for our guests.
