About the Job
We're looking for you if you enjoy food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Kiruna Centrum! In short, this position means you contribute to helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Position details: Permanent employment, 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start date: October 5, 2026, or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you will handle the varied daily operations in the fresh products department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You will meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.
