Cherry is now recruiting a driven and responsible Head Croupier for our operations in Lapland. In this role, you will become a key person in our organization – with significant responsibility and the opportunity to develop and make an impact.
As a Head Croupier, you are a self-directed and flexible leader with overall responsibility for daily operations in your area. You plan and staff work shifts, maintain good contact with our partners, recruit, train and introduce new staff, and are responsible for local presence and quality in our operations. You will also work as a croupier at our tables yourself.

Are a good ambassador for Cherry and enjoy working in a restaurant/bar environment
Previous experience as a croupier is a merit but not a requirement – we offer free training as both a Croupier and Head Croupier.
The position encompasses approximately 25 hours per month, but this can vary, especially during recruitment periods. A valid driver's license and access to a car are required as the position covers multiple locations. Cherry is affiliated with Visita and operates under collective agreements. We offer compensation according to current agreements. Starting salary from 167 kr per hour, depending on previous experience in the profession. In addition to base salary, compensation includes OB, commission, responsibility allowance, and vacation pay. The salary is also pensionable.
