Family Therapist for the High-Intensity Team, Angered

Description Our intensive team is part of the Child Resource Unit and works with the target group 0-18 years old and their families. The geographic focus is on Angered and is organized under the Family Reception and Child and Adult Resources department, which is part of the Social Administration Northeast. The Child Resource Unit's mission is to provide support and treatment services with a focus on the entire family and its network. The goal is to help families find strategies to manage difficulties, so that children and young people can remain in their home environment, function in preschool/school and in their leisure time. We meet families both in their homes and in the unit's own facilities. To make the work as successful as possible and with great involvement from the families, we work with feedback informed therapy (FIT) and with Signs of Safety as a platform. Work Tasks Our intensive team actively works to continuously develop our work by offering services in cases with high concern where there is a need for flexible and intensive interventions. The team originally consisted of four family therapists but over the years we have expanded with two additional positions. This is both to reduce vulnerability and to create space to also take on assignments with more "traditional" family therapy. This is part of creating a good and sustainable work environment with the possibility of variation in the position. As a family therapist in our intensive team, you are responsible for the entire intervention process in consultation with the case-managing social worker. For these complex and intensive home-based interventions to be shaped in the most useful way, we see that you will need to work actively to activate other parts of the network. You will be part of customizing interventions and will work to a great extent with colleagues from both the resource units and other operations that are needed to meet the families' needs. In addition to collegial support, you have access to method supervision, close management, and external process supervision. You are also offered training in, among other things, FIT, Feedback Informed Therapy and Signs of Safety. You will be able to influence your own working hours. We apply flexible hours but you need to be available based on the family's needs, which may mean you will need to work certain evenings and early mornings. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a social worker or has other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience in family therapy and good knowledge of the social service's service provider and public authority functions. You are trained in methods aimed at children, young people and their parents with a focus on both strengthening interaction and developing parenting strategies. If you have further education or experience working with children 4-10 years old, this is a merit. Further education in systems theory as well as experience and training in the field of "Intimate partner violence" are also desirable, as well as training in working with networks. Since documentation is part of the work, it is important that you have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing as well as basic computer skills. For this role, it is important that you are committed to meeting families in a way that creates a trustworthy collaboration. You are flexible and work consciously to utilize the resources that exist in families' networks. You are stable and confident and have good collaboration skills both with families, colleagues, public authority-exercising social workers, and external operations. We support each other in our mission and see it as a competence to be able to ask for help. Because we work with complex cases with high concern, it is important that you are analytical and can quickly identify the core of a problem, see connections and based on that propose possible solutions. We see innovative thinking, diversity and collaboration as prerequisites for success. We warmly welcome your application! Other For positions that involve direct and regular contact with children under 18 years of age, you must be able to present a valid extract from the criminal record before you start working with us. The extract is ordered directly from the Police website https://polisen.se/belastningsregistret?mtm_campaign=utdrag&mtm_kwd=post0623 Gothenburg City applies individual and differentiated salary setting. AI Engineer at Axfood IT

Welcome to Axfood IT, one of the largest IT departments in the food industry with over 350 employees. We ensure that Axfood and all our chains stay at the forefront of digital development. We work on developing and improving everything from e-commerce to logistics solutions and AI. At Axfood IT, you become part of an environment that challenges and delivers solutions that make a difference, both for our colleagues and our customers. Here there is always an opportunity to learn about new technology and grow, both as an individual and together with colleagues. Your new team In this role, you will be part of our newly established Data & AI Center, which has a clear mission: to drive and increase the use of data and AI to enable data-driven decisions across all Axfood companies and processes. Axfood has long worked with both AI and ML, but with this group we are creating better conditions to drive the technology more broadly across the organization. The group is responsible for developing and maintaining AI models and AI applications, from generative AI solutions such as agents and chatbots to classical ML models, and ensures they function in our main processes. Here we work with modern platforms, exciting projects, and a strong focus on innovation. An Axfood pick - Colleagues' favorites at work • The opportunity to influence how AI is used in one of Sweden's largest retail companies • Build a function from the ground up and shape how we work • Opportunity to build and maintain AI models that will make a real difference for our millions of customers every week About the role As an AI Engineer, you will develop and maintain custom-built AI solutions that become part of Axfood's IT systems and applications. You work closely with the business to understand needs, translate them into technical solutions, and help AI become a natural part of our processes. Your responsibilities may include: • Develop and maintain AI models and applications (ML and GenAI) as part of our IT solutions • Work across the entire chain: from design and development to production deployment and MLOps • Contribute to establishing best practices for AI development and delivery • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Tech Product Owners, and Delivery Leads to create scalable solutions We are recruiting several people to the team and are therefore open to different levels of seniority and specialized expertise.
