About the Company
Love your everyday. Work for the future. At Nodra, we want our customers to have a good daily life. We ensure they have stable broadband, clean water from the tap, treated wastewater, and proper waste management. When you work at Nodra, you're one of the people who ensures Norrköping truly functions, thrives, and grows. About the Role
The position of Group Manager for Sustainability & Quality is newly established, meaning you step into a situation where much remains to be done – and where your impact will be decisive. Here you don't just maintain; you also shape working methods, develop operations, and drive change in an area that is highly prioritized in the organization.
You have overall responsibility for leading, coordinating, and further developing Nodra's work in environment, sustainability, quality, and laboratory operations. The role combines a strategic development mission with close and engaged leadership, where you create clear working methods and translate goals into results.
You lead a group of approximately 12 employees with high expertise in their respective areas. Your role is not to be a specialist in all matters – but to create the right conditions for the group to succeed. You are expected to have sufficient understanding to engage in dialogue, prioritize, and provide support, while deep expertise resides with your team members. Your focus is to provide direction, make well-informed decisions, and give the team the best possible conditions to reach their goals.
The group consists of environmental specialists, quality and environmental officers, and laboratory personnel. Together you work to ensure regulatory compliance, develop operations, and strengthen Nodra's position in environment, quality, and sustainability. You have a clear mandate and are expected to be a driving force in elevating these issues across the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead, coordinate, and develop the team in environment, sustainability, and quality
Have overall responsibility for personnel, workplace environment, and budget
Ensure that operations comply with applicable environmental legislation and external requirements
Manage and further develop the company's environmental and quality management systems
Drive and develop Nodra's work in environment, quality, and sustainability
Support operations in sustainability and quality matters and in dialogue with authorities
Coordinate and assure quality of environmental surveys, analyses, and reporting
Contribute to strategic development through environmental scanning and improvement initiatives
Your Profile
We are looking for someone motivated by building something new and who thrives in a role combining leadership with development and change management. You are confident in your leadership and have the ability to create structure, engagement, and clarity in an organization with high expertise.
As a person, you are driven, structured, and take initiative. You have a strategic perspective but are also close to operations and make things happen. You thrive in a role leading specialists and creating conditions for others to succeed. Your collaboration skills and commitment to environmental, quality, and sustainability matters make you a natural driver of the organization's continued development.
