The position is a permanent full-time employment, with start date November 1, 2026 or by agreement. Work Tasks An important part of the work is to be responsible for the entire care process: assess care needs, plan interventions, implement measures, and evaluate results to ensure high quality care. Your work tasks also include: Conversations and treatment interventions that support patient well-being. Risk and functional assessments and care planning. Documentation and record-keeping according to established routines. Medication administration and safe handling of prescriptions. Identification and reporting of risks to prevent care-related injuries. Supervision of students and introduction of new colleagues. For psychiatric nurses, specialized tasks are added: Structured clinical assessments. Assessment of symptoms and medication effects according to manuals. Active participation in research, quality and improvement work. Contribute to the development of evidence-based and person-centered care. Educate relatives and patients through psychoeducation.
