Property Manager at Victoriahem in Uppsala, Bro and Märsta
Do you want to take a key role in Victoriahem's management organization and contribute your experience to develop both people and working methods?
Victoriahem is now seeking an experienced property manager who will be a close support to their Area Manager. The role suits you if you have solid experience in residential property management and want to use your expertise to develop people, processes, and their operations.
You will be an important part of the organization and function as the Area Manager's right hand – a person who creates structure, supports colleagues, and contributes with security and experience in daily work.
About the Position
You will have overall responsibility for supporting our property managers in their work. You will serve as a sounding board in complex property management issues, coach colleagues in everyday situations, and contribute your expertise in areas such as residential property management, rental legislation, and planned maintenance.
An important part of the role is to be present in the operations. You will regularly visit our offices to create close collaboration, support the managers, and ensure a consistent working method.
About the Role
In the role, you will, among other things:
Coach, guide, and develop our property managers and other colleagues in their daily work.
Ensure high quality and a consistent working method within the management.
Contribute your expertise in residential property management and rental legislation.
Support planning, prioritization, and follow-up of planned maintenance.
Participate in budget, investment, and property management matters.
Provide support in dialogue with tenants, contractors, and authorities.
Identify areas for improvement and drive the development of routines, processes, and working methods.
Provide work leadership and coordinate daily work through a coaching and supportive management style.
We Are Looking for You Who
Have post-secondary education in property management or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
Have several years of experience in residential property management and feel confident in the entire management process.
Have good knowledge of rental legislation and experience with planned maintenance.
Are used to taking great responsibility and thrive in an advisory and coaching role.
Are a natural leader who builds trust and helps others develop.
Work in a business-like, solution-oriented, and proactive manner.
Have a B driver's license and access to your own car.

You are motivated by developing working methods, raising the quality of management, and contributing to the continued development of the operations.
