Technical Strategist About the Organization Västfastigheter Bygg och Förvaltning performs new construction and renovation projects for the facilities of the Västra Götaland Region. We participate in feasibility studies ahead of projects and are responsible for program and system documentation, design, and implementation. The unit is responsible for coordinating region-wide issues of a strategic nature and currently consists of 11 employees. About the Role As a Technical Strategist, you have overall responsibility for technical management of VGR's property portfolio with a focus on maintenance planning, status assessment, technical requirements, and coordination. You are responsible for developing, structuring, and monitoring work within these areas and driving technical development initiatives at the regional level. The work is conducted in close collaboration with the facility's technical managers and project leaders, where implementation takes place in the operations.
