The operations include residential support according to the Social Services Act, the needs-assessed employment activity Arbetscentrum, Safe Reception, and the staffing team. You lead multiple operations and therefore need to be able to shift between different perspectives, mandates, and target groups. You lead through close and trust-based leadership where you create clarity, structure, and participation. You are present in the operations and work actively to create good conditions for employees to succeed in their assignments. In the role you will: - Lead, plan, and follow up operations based on set goals and mandates - Create a sustainable work environment and engaged teamwork - Be responsible for budget, resource planning, and results - Lead systematic quality and improvement work - Ensure that operations are conducted with the individual's needs, participation, and independence in focus - Develop collaboration with other operations and actors - Work strategically with skills supply and staffing - Follow up on operations results and translate follow-up into concrete improvements You are expected to combine an operational focus with a holistic perspective and actively contribute to the development of the entire operations area. Your Competence and Experience Requirements: - Social work degree or other education that the employer considers equivalent - Experience as a manager with responsibility for personnel, finances, and operations - Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing - Good knowledge of the operations area - Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Social Services Act and the Employment Act Meritorious: - Experience with staffing and resource planning - Experience working in a politically governed organization - Experience with change work in complex organizations - Experience with systematic quality work and integrated management systems Personal Qualities: We're looking for you who is a confident and clear leader who creates engagement and participation.
