About Us Due to a colleague going on parental leave, we are now seeking a temporary replacement for our team at Karlshamn Rehabilitation Center. Here you will work together with colleagues in the conversation therapy team, physiotherapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals working at the health center. We are a cheerful group of mixed ages. Karlshamn Rehabilitation Center is located in a quiet green area in Asarum, with a pleasant outdoor patio and proximity to walking paths. About the Job We are looking for you who wants to be part of our work group. Karlshamn Rehabilitation Center consists of conversation therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, which means opportunities to work in teams with specific expertise around patients with complex care needs. Our catchment area is patients belonging to Samaritans health center. You have the opportunity to meet your patients in person or digitally based on need. We strive to maintain high availability and good quality of care. Our goal is short-term treatment over a limited period. Reasons for conversation contact within primary care may be: - Depression or low mood - Crisis - Stress, burnout reaction - Anxiety or worry - Grief - Psychosocial problems - Sleep problems Group treatments may occur as sole therapist. Continuous CBT-focused supervision every 14 days by an external supervisor. You will be employed at Karlshamn Rehabilitation Center, but placement at another location may occur. About You We wish that you have a university education that is considered relevant in relation to the work tasks. CBT competence level 1 or other evidence-based therapeutic method with level 1 is meritorious. You should be experienced with conversation therapy treatments and making your own assessments. We would like to see that you have broad professional experience, preferably with experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care and the ability to work flexibly. The work requires that you can work independently and take your own initiatives. Previous work with similar issues is meritorious. If you have professional licensure, that is preferred. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Some of our positions are classified as security-sensitive positions where the employee must undergo a security vetting interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
