Bartender at O'Learys Nyköping About the Position: As a bartender at O'Learys Nyköping, you will be primarily responsible for serving guests at our bars. You are responsible for creating and serving drinks to our guests according to their preferences and providing guests with a wonderful experience through friendly service and excellent customer care. Your Responsibilities Include: Receiving and quality-checking goods delivered to the bar Responsible for preparing drinks ordered at the bar and following recipes Serving bar guests with appropriate drinks and delivering friendly service to guests Actively working with upselling to guests Using shot glasses for spirits poured Following routines, checklists, and manuals for the bar Keeping the bar area clean and neat, including surfaces and equipment Responsible for not serving minors or guests who are too intoxicated according to alcohol regulations Reporting over-serving to the responsible manager or security Responsible for staying updated on new recipes and trends in the bar industry and implementing and following these together with the bar manager Assisting with other parts of the operation, such as dishwashing, table service, and at the game reception/bowling counter Desired Experience and Qualities: Experience from a service profession, preferably from a restaurant/bar, plus cash register experience Relationship-building skills and enjoys working as part of a team Fluent spoken and written Swedish and good English skills Flexible, service-minded, and attentive Does this sound like something for you?
