JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant in home care at Kramfors Municipality, you are a key person in our clients' daily lives. Using a person-centered approach, you work from each individual's needs, resources, and wishes to create security, well-being, and quality of life. The role includes being a primary care contact for a number of clients. This means a particular responsibility for ensuring continuity and good communication about the client, in close collaboration with family members and colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and hold a protected professional title certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. You have previous experience working in health and care and feel comfortable meeting people with different needs. You have good computer skills and can use digital tools as a natural part of your work. Since documentation and communication are important parts of the assignment, you need to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. To thrive in the role, we see that you are responsible, flexible, and have good interpersonal skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A category B driver's license is required.
