About the Position As an IT Operations Technician, you are responsible for monitoring the IT environment, handling incidents, and quickly taking appropriate action when deviations occur. You will become part of the IT Operations Center, a unit with ten operations technicians who together are responsible for monitoring and incident management around the clock.
