About the Position The position involves being a process leader for central processes in the electrical system and, through these processes, developing operations in an efficient manner. The processes describe how Svenska kraftnät implements and manages changes in the electrical system in its ongoing work from a holistic perspective. The changes affect the electricity market and operations, as well as technical requirements in the electrical system. As a process leader, you will establish and lead a process team with expert competence from different parts of the organization. Furthermore, the role involves: establishing and developing central processes in the organization linked to the electricity market and operations, as well as technical requirements in the electrical system identifying and analyzing the need for improvements in work methods/processes and preparing decision-making materials for process owners and process councils leading activities to develop improvement suggestions for the processes and operations developing and updating process maps, process descriptions, procedures, and checklists to support operations assisting managers with change management and anchoring of decided processes with affected functions/employees coaching and guiding managers and employees in implementing the processes in daily work participating operationally in the work to implement the processes in the organization developing an annual development plan for the process area and leading the work in the processes In this role, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge of the electrical system while developing methods for process development and change management. Svenska kraftnät is a large organization that uses processes as a tool to create clarity and uniform work methods that ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. In this position, there is an opportunity to contribute to the development of process work within Svenska kraftnät in a broader perspective, for example, how the organization should work with processes in the long term. The role involves navigating several business areas to find the common approach that creates value for Svenska kraftnät. You will be part of the Electricity Market Implementation section, which provides broad support within the Electricity Market department through a range of different functions. The section brings together the entire chain from day-ahead market (DA) to intraday market (ID), balancing, operations, and settlement. This is made possible by consolidating responsibility for project management, development and operations, and requirement specification and monitoring of external market solutions and suppliers. The section consists of four units and brings together just over 80 employees and consultants.
