We are now seeking two Business Development Managers for the Management Projects department, with two different specializations: Process Development and Strategy Implementation and Follow-up. Common to both roles is that as a Business Development Manager in the Management Projects department, you will have a central role in driving and developing the department's work forward. You work closely with operations to identify improvement needs, initiate and lead development initiatives, and ensure that working methods continuously evolve in line with the division's strategic direction. The roles involve significant networking and cross-functional collaboration, both within the division and with colleagues in corresponding roles in the organization. Business Development Manager - Process Development specialization: Areas of Responsibility: Map, optimize, and develop the processes that govern working methods for grid construction Lead efforts to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities that affect lead times, quality, and resource efficiency Drive process improvement work in a structured manner and coordinate cross-functional initiatives Manage and further develop process frameworks and ensure that improvements are implemented and followed up Business Development Manager - Strategy Implementation and Follow-up specialization: Areas of Responsibility: Support the department head and management group in translating the division's strategy into concrete activities and goals for the department Keep the department's strategic plan together, including revisions and updates Ensure that planning, follow-up, and reporting occur in a structured and timely manner Coordinate the department's contribution to the division's joint strategic process Be a key person in keeping reporting to division leadership cohesive The positions are located in the staff for the Management Projects department. Currently, seven people work there in various ways to support the department's mission.
