Job Responsibilities As a staff member at Färila Swimming & Sports Hall, you will have a varied role with a focus on service, safety, and practical responsibility. You will assist in swimming instruction for both school classes and private individuals, provide gym instruction, lead activities, staff the reception, welcome visitors, and handle basic café operations. Your daily work also includes oversight and maintenance of the facility's various areas – the swimming pool, sports hall, gym, and common spaces. Cleaning is a natural part of the position, as are material handling and simple caretaking tasks. You will operate mechanical equipment, such as scrubbing and cleaning machines, and ensure that the facilities are safe, clean, and functional. The work environment is physically active and varies in temperature and noise level. The position follows a two-shift schedule on weekdays, with weekend duty approximately every third weekend.
