We work both in teams and independently, always with the individual's health and strengths in focus. We are now seeking a licensed psychologist for our adult habilitation services in Ljungby. You will work with individuals over 18 years old who have congenital or early-acquired disabilities, such as autism, intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, and mobility impairments. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES Your responsibilities will include: • Assessment of intellectual disabilities • Treatment work with individuals and groups, such as psychoeducation, everyday conversations, support, and treatment • Supervision and training of staff groups You will be part of a psychology team and will also be part of a multidisciplinary team with other professionals at the habilitation service. We offer regular profession-specific supervision and collegial meetings. An important part of patient work is team collaboration with colleagues at the habilitation service. We also work extensively with neighboring care units and other community stakeholders, such as municipalities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is: • A licensed psychologist • Holder of a B-category driver's license (assignments occur throughout the region, so travel may be required) • Curious, engaged, and willing to learn the habilitation service's methods of work Meriting qualifications: • Experience working with people with disabilities • Previous work in habilitation services You are a person who thrives in a team but also has the ability to work independently.
